Today i experienced customer service which i thought no longer existed Al Murad have restored my faith in mankind. Before Xmas i ordered a piece of granite from Al Murad to complete a bathroom project,the measurements were given to me by the bathroom supplier,after it had been cut and i collected it the bathroom fitter told me it was the wrong size and i would need it recutting. I contacted Al Murad and they said no problem bring it back and we will sort it out true to their word they did at no extra cost to myself bearing in mind this was not their fault it was mine.The quality of product is amazing and i decided on Al Murad after getting several quotes and they were cheapest by one hundred pound and as i have mentioned earlier the quality is amazing.I would one hundred per cent recommend a visit to these guys you will not be disappointed I was very pleasantly surprised cannot thank you enough guys.
