Loire IQ Quartz by Istones features whites, greys, blacks and creams in a diagonal flowing pattern like that of waves. From Asia this design is reminiscent of the longest river in France named Loire. IQ composite quartz is a resin bound mixture of natural quartz mineral combined with glass or metallic flecks and pigments. This creates a hard, non-porous surface ideal for worktops. Advances in quartz composite manufacturing technology allows for the imitation of marble (with the added benefits of higher scratch and stain resistance compared to real marble). Since it is stain and impact resistant, it is the ideal choice for spaces like kitchens, bathrooms and walls where durability is priority. IQ quartz is hygienic and has been both safety approved and certified by NSF as safe for food contact.
