- Your name, email address and contact number
- The colour of choice
- A kitchen plan with measurements
- The fitting address
PLACING AN ORDER & BOOKING A TEMPLATE:
Once you have your quotation you can then call us on 0113 252 5786.
We will ask you to pay a deposit to confirm your order.
After paying this we will book a template for you on a date that is convenient for you. If you decide not to go ahead and if the template has not taken place yet, we can refund you your deposit but will keep a £15 admin charge.
Before the template appointment ensure you have completed the Pre-templating Checklist. Download Here
At Template:
Templating takes between 1-3 hours. Here we confirm everything with you and finalise it all before the installation.
After the template we will set a date with you for installation over the phone. The final payment is required latest the day before the installation.
Installation:
Installation takes up to 3 hours. You will then be asked to sign off using a satisfactory form to say you are happy with the installation.
Enjoy:
You can now enjoy your worktop.
