Al-Murad Granite is pleased to announce that its application to join the Guild of Master Craftsmen has been successful. As one of the most widely recognised trade bodies, the Guild has an enviable reputation, earned over many years, for representing quality, craftsmanship and customer service
Al-Murad Granite Worktops are now proud to be members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, an organization set-up to give reassurance to the buying public that a potential supplier has met stringent quality assurance criteria and ensure they should have an excellent purchasing experience.
As Guild of Master Craftsmen approved stone masons, you can be confident of receiving a quality service backed by a guarantee of high quality craftsmanship. We have submitted ourselves to the rigorous assessment of the Guild of Master Craftsmen and have passed their stringent assessment standards. This includes the taking up of a number of references from our past customers.
Applicants for the Guild are required to submit confidential references from satisfied customers and one of the first questions asked of all referees is whether or not they would be prepared to recommend the applicant to a relative or close friend. The Guild's council of management include a review of the references when considering the application for membership as well as ensuring all other criteria are met. Only when they are satisfied that the applicant really does deserve to be called a master craftsmen is the application approved. This is about as close as you can get to receiving a recommendation from one of your neighbours or friends.
