25-Year Warranty
Al Murad Granite Ltd provides a 25-year warranty on all Xclusive and Porceluxe worktops installed by our team. This warranty offers protection to the customer against any manufacturing defects.
Please note that this warranty is only valid for worktops installed directly by Al Murad Granite Ltd. We do not cover worktops installed by the customer or by any third party. The warranty period begins from the date the installation is completed. Be sure to keep your proof of purchase as it will be required for any warranty claims.
Under this warranty, we guarantee that the products will be free from manufacturing defects. Should a defect arise, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected product, provided we are notified within a reasonable time of the defect being discovered. We must also be given the opportunity to inspect the product in question.
This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined by Al Murad Granite Ltd.
What the Warranty Covers
In accordance with our terms and conditions, Al Murad Granite Ltd will repair or replace any product found to be defective within a 25-year period. This warranty is valid only if the customer has adhered strictly to the recommended usage and maintenance guidelines.
Al Murad Granite Ltd reserves the right to refuse warranty service if these conditions are not met, or if the information provided by the customer is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Al Murad Granite Ltd will not be held liable under the warranty if any of the following conditions apply:
- Non-defects identified as such by the company: This includes natural grains or patterns that are part of the design and not flaws. Variations in colour or design between samples and final products are also excluded, as are natural changes in tone or shade over time.
- Modifications or damage by the customer or third parties: The warranty does not cover any damage caused—directly or indirectly—by the customer or third parties, including damage resulting from unauthorised installation, alterations, or manipulation of the product.
- Wear and tear, negligence, misuse, or improper conditions: This includes damage caused by using the product outside of its intended purpose, failure to follow technical or safety guidelines, or not adhering to maintenance instructions and user manuals.
- External events or uncontrollable factors: Natural disasters, interactions with incompatible products, or other events beyond the control of Al Murad Granite Ltd are not covered.
- Post-installation damage: Cracks, chips, or surface damage resulting from impact, scraping, or mishandling after installation are not considered manufacturing defects.
- Consequential or incidental losses: The warranty does not cover any indirect damage or costs beyond the product itself. This includes plumbing, additional repair work, or losses related to commercial, industrial, professional, or residential activities such as lost earnings or business interruption.
- Issues from intensive use or material characteristics: Long-term heavy use, issues caused by static electricity, and stains or marks arising from the material’s natural composition are excluded.
- Unauthorised repairs or handling: Any work carried out on the product without prior inspection and verification by Al Murad Granite Ltd will void the warranty.
Liability
The total liability of Al Murad Granite Ltd to the customer—whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise—shall in no case exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the purchase and installation of the worktops.
